Job Description
- Oversee all clubhouse operations including pro shop and customer service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage tee time bookings, retail sales, and daily cash handling
- Assist with planning and execution of events, leagues, and tournaments
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the clubhouse at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or retail management (an asset)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Knowledge of golf operations is a strong asset
